Grounded Integrative Counselling
Zoë’s therapeutic work is rooted in curiosity, connection, & holistic care.
Zoë Hadeler Lund, MPCC-Provisional
CPCA #4979
For a long time, my battles with anxiety, grief, and a lack of purpose felt insurmountable. I watched my joy, confidence, and sense of belonging slowly fade, and the bright light I knew I carried within me began to dim. I avoided my grief, used my anxiety as an excuse, and pushed away the people who tried to help. Those coping strategies brought temporary relief, but in the long run, they only deepened my pain and lonliness.
Eventually, when it all became too heavy to carry alone, I reached out for help - and honestly, that was the hardest part. Over time, through support and self-reflection, I began to understand myself in a new way. I learned to have compassion for the version of me who didn’t yet have the strength to ask for help - as well as the person I had yet to become.
I don’t believe our healing work is ever truly finished, but I do believe that we all possess the ability to create meaningful shifts wherever, and whenever needed.
This is the work I love supporting my clients through.
My approach is integrative and person-centred, drawing on a range of evidence-based techniques, while keeping a holistic view of each person. There is no one-size-fits-all here - together, we’ll explore what feels supportive and aligned for you.
