Grounded Integrative Counselling

My Approach

Zoë Hadeler Lund, MPCC-Provisional

CPCA #4979

I believe meaningful change begins in a space where you feel seen, heard, and truly accepted. My goal is to create a warm, respectful environment where you can safely explore your inner world, reflect on past and present experiences, and move toward change that feels meaningful and lasting. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, navigating depression, or searching for a deeper sense of purpose, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, empathy, and, of course, humour.

My counselling approach is integrative, drawing from a range of evidence-based techniques while keeping a holistic view of each person. This means the strategies we use will be tailored to your unique needs and goals. One-size-fits-all doesn’t exist here — together, we’ll find what works for you.

Email me below to set up a free connection call. This will give you a relaxed chance to ask any questions and see if we’re a good fit. No pressure, just a conversation. I look forward to connecting.
